CNN.com - U.S. official: War decision could come by February

Convinced that Baghdad has failed to give a complete account of its chemical and biological weapons program, the White House is pointing to a late-January to mid-February time frame for making a decision on possible war with Iraq, a senior U.S. official told CNN.

This has been the timetable for months but they are now leaking it to the press.
