Legal challenges to the California recall election

Seeking to delay the vote, two seeking to have the lt. governor step up instead of having replacement candidates run, one seeks to remove seperate proppositions from the ballot, and the last seeks a ruling on the nature of the requirements for replacement candidates.

The Democrats are also unsure about placing a candidate on the ballot.
