Whiskey Bar has supposed heard through "the grapevine," where the Hell is this grapevine and why can't I hear it, that ex-Lt. Col. Albert Lloyd, Jr. says there is another, later credit summary that shows Bush received his full 15 points for the 73-74 year.
All this proves is that the White House lied once again when they said they released all records.
I am going to do another summary post of all the record contradictions and the evidence of scrubbing and the missing punishment documents when I get time.
