Earle Kicks Out Second Judge in DeLay Trial
After a judge removed the judge in the DeLay trial for making Democratic contributions, he is himself removed for GOP contributions.
Added - Will DeLay's case establish a precedent for ousting judges? Texas civil and criminal court judges in the past five years have made more than $775,000 in partisan political donations.
Judges in Texas are mostly very partisan.
