Justice Department being used to help GOP battles
The McClatchy newspapers have a long article on the Justice Department attempting to restrict voter turnout in key battleground states in ways that favor Republicans. It documents a widespread pattern of supporting harsher voter ID requirements that force more of the poor, the elderly, and minorities off the voting rolls while ignoring Civil Rights requirements.
