TWO MONTHS, NO TROOPS
Since 9/7/03, when President Bush promised to attract more international military support in Iraq, not one new international soldier has been deployed. And while Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld is visiting Asia to shore up support for the Iraq War, Japan's decision to not send any because of lack of security comes on the heels of South Korea's announcement that it was dramatically reducing the number of troops it was willing to deploy to Iraq.
The administration response - threatening more court-martials against troops who speak out.
