Correction - Bush Records Incomplete, Contradictory
A further look at the White House released documents show them to be incomplete and contradictory instead of evidence of retroactively being credited for inactive duty to prevent AWOL status.
The payroll record labeled 4th QTR 72 shows no time by Bush in that quarter.
The payroll record labeled 1st QTR 73 shows inactive service days for fourth quarter 72, contrary to the previous page, but no days or any place for days for first quarter 73.
The payroll record labeled 2nd QTR 73 shows first and second quarter active and inactive duty days served as well as third and fourth quarter 72 days served.
A further look at interpreting the day codes shows that an active duty code of 50 and an inactive duty code of 22 would yield the results presented here.
Questions should be raised at the incomplete and contradictory nature of these payroll records.
