Maine Caucus Report and the untold story

The thing to remember about the caucus is that every candidate with over 15% gets a delegate if possible. In case of ties a coin toss will decide. It looks like Kucinich may get at least one delegate in Maine with 16% of the vote. If so it hasn't shown up in CNN's count.
