Victims of Hurricane Katrina have flocked to Texas, over 230,000, looking for shelter, food, jobs. Texas, our neighbors are in need and Texans are responding with open arms. Hundreds of thousands have been left without a roof over their heads and are currently living in temporary shelters or camping out.
