UK Independent - Putin brings offer of nuclear-tipped arms deal to India

India may get it's nuclear cruise missile armed sub and the new carrier it wants, if it pays Russia to refit the carrier and buys the planes from Russia.

This would be a major increase in Indian military power. It finally appears likely after being talked about for 20 years.
