Invading Iraq Is Unconstitutional

Two Utah law professors do not go far enough in explaining why this war is unconstitutional. It is also unconstitutional because it is violation of the U.N. Charter as the Iraq matter has been held by the Security Council since before Gulf War 1 and only the Security Council is authorized to deal with it.

Still, remarkable considering Utah is the most Republican state.
