NYTimes -- Iraq Links Germs for Weapons to U.S. and France

Iraq has identified a Virginia-based biological supply house and a French scientific institute as the sources of all the foreign germ samples for its biological weapons. I am surprised, most of it's weapons of mass destruction came from the United States before Gulf War 1.
