Partial Birth Abortion Bans: Why Does the Big Lie Continue?

The partial birth abortions that aren't - the language they are using bans all abortions. No where in the bill is a length of time or viability of the fetus mentioned. A similar bill in Wiscosin closed all hospitals and clinics that performed abortions.
