Regular News Sources Will Be More Timely Now that War Has Begun

CNN, MSNBC, Yahoo seem to have the fastest response to breaking news. Google News is great, the best overall news source, but runs at least ten minutes behind.

The U.S. authoritative new sources are the Washington Post and the New York Times with USA Today being the national newspaper. Of course, this is the internet, you would want to throw in foreign sources too.

Meanwhile, Bush clings to dubious accusations about Iraq, which I pick up from MSNBC which is picking the story up from the Washington Post.

The news about the attack on Saddam and other Iraqi leaders by two F-117's carrying four bunker bombs while 40+ cruise missiles and other planes attacked air defenses, coomand, control and communication targets less than an hour after the deadline can be found on the new sites.

Saddam was not killed and is firing missiles back into Kuwait as planes from U.S. carriers and bases are striking targets of opportunity now but preparing for the massive bombardment stage within 24 hours can also be found at real news sites or television news.

I am just an observer who deals with politics and religion on this page and can't be your source for breaking news.
