Marketplace Proof - It Was US HARM Missile

UK Independent -- The American navy confirmed that one of its Prowler jets, which is used to jam enemy radar, had been over an unspecified area of Baghdad on Friday night. A pool reporter on the carrier USS Kittyhawk was told that the Prowler squadron had fired its first Harm on Friday evening in response to an air-defense unit that was threatening two F/A-18 Hornet jets. Lieutenant Rob Fluck told the journalist that the crew had not seen where their missile had landed.

Still no one is picking up the Kuwaiti mall blast was a US Tomahawk. The military doesn't want to confirm that Tomahawks have a 2% to 10% chance of not hitting their target. That will come out after this war similar to the initial unreliability of Patriot anti-missile systems came out after the first Gulf War. During Gulf War 1 it was claimed they had a 100% success rate, later it was learned they destroyed no Scuds.
