Grits for Breakfast: ACLU of Texas crime lab testimony in Houston
ACLU urges a look at the whole system of criminal justice in Texas and recommends redeploying money spent for Baytown's Drug Task Force elsewhere before we have another Tulia. Even Houston PD appears to not trust it.
