Greg Palast was videotaping a series about what is happening near New Orleans since Katrina. You guessed it, he and another have been charged with video-taping "critical infrastructure." Not the concentration camp holding 73,000 of Louisiana's poor in trailers circled by barb wire, the Exxon refinery next door.
