She equates disagreements with the paper with disagreeing over their opinions, not with getting the facts wrong. As Media Matters reports this was written in response to the outcry from readers over factual errors in an editorial about the Valerie Plame case. An example would be that I hate Charles Krauthammer for his stupid misguided opinions but that I only complain when he is not only stupid but gets the facts wrong or has committed an ethical breach or both.
