After all the delegates are allocated based on Tuesday's results the delegate count should be tied, plus or minus twenty. (Politico - Obama big winner.) Networks have differing tallies - MSNBC appears the best.
Obama enters a stretch with states favoring him and with much more money and what appears to be a better organization. Virginia could be a big battle but otherwise Obama will roll up wins until March 4.
Here is what is in store for the Democrats:
Feb. 9 -- Louisiana primary, Washington caucuses, Nebraska caucuses
Feb. 10 -- Maine caucuses
Feb. 12 -- The "Chesapeake" or "Potomac" primaries in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
Feb. 19 -- Washington and Wisconsin primaries, Hawaii caucuses
March 4 -- Ohio, Rhode Island, Texas and Vermont primaries and caucuses.
Texas is actually a straw poll to distract the media and a caucus where delegates are chosen.
I don't know why but my conservative Democrat sister hates Obama. On the other hand some Republicans will sit out the election unless they get a chance to vote against Clinton. Here is a report from a Colorado caucus, comments.
I am starting to lean toward a Democratic unity ticket.
