Bush urges Americans to build support in Congress for war

With calls, faxes and emails to members of Congress extremely heavy against his policy, Bush will be urging people to build support for war. In this speech he also, for the first time, indicated the US will rebuild Iraq after the war. He also warned against Iraq attacking the US. I am not making this up.
