TOMPAINE.com - Buried Alive Gephardt's 'New Economic Agenda' Fails To Resonate In The Media
In Gephardt’s post-speech Q&A with the press, Mark Shields (of The Washington Post, CNN and PBS) tried to pin Gephardt down on whether or not he blamed Bush’s 10-year, $1.6 trillion tax cut for the nation’s economic woes -- but Gephardt danced away from answering, "avoiding any discussion of whether to repeal or delay" it, as The Boston Globe story put it.
