MyDD: Heads Rollin' Time

JB Armstrong argues that Wellstones death, the selection of Mondale to replace him, and the demonization of the memorial service was the turning point in the nationwide campaign. Mondale was reaching back into the past while they needed a candidate, which they had, to look to the future. I think he overstates the case.
