t r u t h o u t - William Rivers Pitt | Within Reach of Your Hand What is at stake.

The Republican Party of today is not the Party of our grandfathers. It has been overtaken by neo-conservative corporate-minded individuals who have little regard for the common citizen, or for constitutional protections as we have enjoyed them. Many conservatives have seen their party leave them behind in the last two years, and cannot miss the significance of this vote.

Tara Sue Grubb - Libertarian for Congress - Finally, a campaign has come to the table not vested in party line politics, but in ultimate solvency for our state, our nation Career politicians and big money interests which place their needs above ours will be no more. District lines redrawn to maintain a place in office will be futile. Long term politicians who spend their time gathering huge sums of money to ward off newcomers will find their dollars worthless compared to innovative leaders of reason. Campaign finance has made it difficult for an upstart of vision to come forward, but it won't stop our voice.

Vote for liberty. Vote for freedom. If you think that the Democratic party is the best way to stop the erosion of freedom, vote. If you think the Libertarians or Greens are the way to peace, liberty, freedom, justice, and a fair deal - vote. If you think the Republican Party is the way, you are mistaken.
