National Defense Magazine -- ROK Fears North Korean Ability To Wage Asymmetric Warfare
A buildup of conventional weapons by North Korea is a more immediate concern to its southern neighbor than a potential nuclear threat, South Korean officials said in Washington, D.C.
The problem North Korea posses to the US is a stronger military than South Korea, WMD, starving people, and a mad dictator. The thing that hits the news, developing missiles that can hit the US, is not a big factor.
