UPI Updates Report - Still No Iraqi Link to Al Qaeda

The original report was only a former Democratic Senator saying the report would show no Iraq link to Al Qaeda. The new report shows the four planks of the administration's case and shoots them down. I don't know how the Hell Josh Marshall views that as a retraction, it's additional support.
