Dean Hits Kerry's Judgment, Raises 'Dirty Tricks'

Democratic presidential hopeful Howard Dean on Monday questioned chief rival John Kerry's judgment on the issue of war and accused unnamed campaigns of engaging in last-minute "dirty tricks."
