Grand Jury Finally Probes Plame Case


A federal grand jury has begun hearing testimony in the case of who leaked the identity of undercover CIA officer Valerie Plame to columnist Robert Novak and other reporters, Time magazine reported yesterday.

The article, which was posted on its Web site and cites unidentified sources, said that federal prosecutors seated a grand jury Wednesday and have begun eliciting witness testimony.
