In Britain, the Daily Mirror newspaper is reporting Princess Diana feared Prince Charles was planning to cause a car accident to get her out of the way.

The revelation comes as the royal coroner begins parallel inquests into Princess Diana's death and that of her companion, Dodi al-Fayed.
