Stanley Wins - Pasadena election outcome reversed

Harrison loses seat after judge rules 2 votes were cast illegally

Possible appeal - The city's ballot board rejected the three mailed votes because in each case, the signature on the application for a mail-in ballot did not match the signature on the return envelope.

The three District C residents who cast the rejected mail-in ballots in question testified Tuesday that they signed both the application and the return envelope. But the judge, without explaining why, upheld the ballot board's decision to reject those ballots.

el - Why they might not be counted: There is a lot of fraud in Pasadena mail-in ballots and Harrison in particular targets and 'helps' seniors with their ballots. In other news, Harrison has refused to explain to Democrats what his $2500 payment to GOP Christian conservative homophobe state representative Talton bought his campaign. Besides the necessary votes to win before this last recount, that is.
