Why is it fake? Because candidates don't control the DNC leadership until after the convention when there is a nominee and everyone but Drudge knows that. More interesting is why Drudge, often used for GOP-Conservative spin - wants to run with that. Probably as broadcasting a split between major Washington Democratic insiders and Dean.
