Chavez kicks out U.S. evangelists for spying
After being threatened with assassination Chavez is taking no chances.
Is he over reacting? Probably not - read about the long controversial history of the New Tribes organization in Venezuela.
They not only worked with the CIA but multinational corporations exploring for natural resources. They also have been accused of inciting native tribes against governments and destroying native cultures worldwide but particularly in Venezuela. Their first big espionage scandal occurred in Venezuela in the 70's. The report tries to be nonpartisan but read between the lines and note the U.S. military defense industry links to New Tribes.
