The Mystery Pollster, Mark Blumenthal, disagrees with this. The book reviewed was the source for most of the RFK Jr. Rolling Stone article. That debate over the claims was carried on in Salon.com, Huffington Post (several times) and elsewhere. Big problems with the 2004 election - true, biased against minority voters - true, does evidence show fraud? - unproven.
