Populist Texas Democratic Party incredibly behind in money race
With the Texas Democratic Party and candidates moving firmly away from government by corporations the dollars from the rich and PACs has dried up. That is the underlying but unstated reason why political analysts like Bruce Davidson in the San Antonio Express-News see no hope for Texas Democrats this year. The people clearly want this move, how to counter the lack of funds it causes is a question Texas Democrats have yet to answer.
