War on Terror, the Board Game

Confirming that all of my separate interests and separate blogs may need to come back together - War on Terror - The Board Game has appeared in England to fun, success and big controversy. This satirical but truthiness game contains a few elements homages to Sid Meier's Civilization the Board Game and the newer Risk's, like 2210 as well as the Catan games. It looks very easy to convert my SM's-CTBG to this. I mentioned my plans to convert this to a real war game several days ago and plan to convert it to another game this coming year.

Check out all the WoT game site and blog - fun times. This is jokes and satire and beer and games when nothing else seems appropriate like the Nuclear War card game from 1965. As a play test showed at Board Game Geek - educational and a good game too.

UPDATE: Some people say this is in poor taste, you're right - this war is in very bad taste. The story made the Buzz Feed.
