It's FEAR that the terrorists and the administration wants
I am beginning to think Bush doesn't want to capture Osama. Then he'll just have to have a trial of a crazy millionaire that the US trained and supported before he turned rogue. Right now they both get what they want, a panicky terrorized public.
ADDED - Facing three years because he was afraid to say loudly standing next to his mother that his bag contained a penis pump.
