NYT: Katrina Evacuees find Atlanta more hospitable than Houston
Reasons offered for different experiences - fewer of them, more professionals, better prepared, fewer underclass, better starting wages in Atlanta. Houston got the attention but Atlanta is giving them more opportunities?
