Pasadena Council seat battle heads to Supreme Court?

Harrison loses again but his lawyer will try to get the Texas Supreme Court to look at the case. The heart of the matter is three mail-in votes for Harrison that were tossed out. As this is the heart of the matter and the decision has been for months that Leroy Stanley won by one vote why has not Stanley been on the Pasadena City Council? The reason is politics - the mayor would prefer Harrison who has acted increasingly beholden to him. It is likely until a court orders it Harrison will remain in office. I am considering asking the City Council and the mayor why are they ignoring the results of all these cases which show that Stanley won. They have the power without a court case to seat the winner.
