Democratic Party Sets Primary Calendar and Penalties
New Hampshire is not happy but if they move their primary forward, as they have threatened, candidates who campaign there will have any won delegates from there stripped away. Assuming New Hampshire does not follow this new calendar, some candidates may campaign there even without the chance of winning delegates for the publicity.
