Praising Yoo, and torture
Scott, at the world's most over-rated blog, went to some Federalist Society debates on torture.
They, and he, are for it.
Scott also finds the space to link to the stupidest columnist in Minneapolis/St. Paul, praise the lawyer who argued that the President is above the law and he can do whatever he wants, especially give orders to torture people, and concludes by calling supporters of our Constitution "clowns."
