The Raw Story catches up - the extent the President placed party over law at issue

As I previously wrote the heart of the attorney firings is how Bush placed party over the rule of law. There is such a vigorous defense by the president because some of the leaked emails reveal he is the one that ordered attorneys fired if they were not loyal to him and the party enough. After the fact they worked up justifications for the firings. Earlier Department of Justice actions and inactions also reveal partisan politics in the pursuit of "justice" under this administration.

Not all emails turned over. Clinton did not do it too, firing of eight attorneys before the end of president's term unprecedented.

Josh: This is a simple case of subverting justice for partisan politics.

Refuting Karl Rove's talking points.

Joe: Rove cannot be trusted to tell the truth.
