Will next year bring constitutional crisis as "unitary executive theory" meets Democratic subpoenas?

Driving around yesterday I felt we had another world shift sometime in the past week and we are in a friendlier environment and not rushing toward Armageddon. The Democratic victories are the fruits of that shift. Some would say they caused the shift but they are a reflection of the people making up their minds in the last few days before. I have a feeling other things also happened in that pre-election week. Maybe it was just optimism and a feeling of having turned a corner.
