Zogby Interactive survey - 79% of Democrats pleased with Liebermen Defeat
A caution about this poll, although this is used quite a bit and undergoes a normalization process I am of the opinion it attracts more extreme participants at all ends of the political spectrum. Zogby disagrees. Technically, it is self-selecting only in terms of people who liked to be polled. They send out an email for the number of participants desired and then normalize demographically the results. On the other hand, the results seem consistent with what I heard and the New York Times did say a vote for Lamont was a vote by the "irate moderates".
