Dallas courts get cleaner

On my pre-election post I had the story of the Judge who gave the black man life in prison for stealing two bucks and smoking grass while letting a white murderer and crack addict violate probation and stay out of jail. Dallas removed all Republican judges who had Democratic opponents in this election including that one. It would probably have been a clean sweep except eleven judges were unopposed. Now that Republicans are starting to lose judges to partisan passions they may think about Texas's poor system of electing judges. Our local Democrats based on this year's Harris County results also need to challenge every race going forward as we are close to tipping back blue.
