The League of Conservation Voters laments the filibusters and obstruction of the GOP in stopping the enacting of new energy and environmental policies. Texas's GOP members and Senators had particularly awful records. Rep. Lampson was only slightly better. In a nice surprise, Rep. Gene Green was voting Green.
