Unlike 2000, when McCain provided 1500 pages of reports on his medical status, he has yet to provide any this year.
In 2000 he was treated for skin cancer that was diagnosed as stage IIa melanoma with a 65% ten-year survival rate. Some have questioned if it was the more dangerous stage III given the extensive operations McCain undertook. McCain says he will provide medical records later.
