Frank Luntz - Grifter?

After listening to a 45-minute NPR interview of Luntz, Jeffrey Feldman discerns differences between the recent liberal interest in framing debates and Luntz's expertise in creating con games.

He now thinks that the Democratic candidate who replaces the Republican War on Terror with a new frame will probably win in 2008. Is it too simplistic to resurrect the Clinton-Gore bridge or building metaphor?
